Prior to joining EXL, Vikram spent 26 years in Bank of America where he held several senior management positions. He was the Senior Vice President and Country Manager from 1989 to 1993, for the bank's operations in India. He was at the helm of a 700 strong wholesale and retail operations team that was amongst the most profitable of the bank's international operations. Vikram has also worked in the capacity of CEO and Managing Director at Ernst & Young Consulting, India and as their Asia Director for the firm's Global Operate Business (Outsourcing). Vikram has had extensive international exposure in the course of his assignments, in countries such as Singapore, Indonesia, Japan and the US. Vikram holds an MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, India.

As a former business head at Deutsche Bank, Rohit Kapoor led a marketing team that serviced clients in Europe, the Middle East and the Indian Sub-continent. He also managed the venture capital and private equity investments of several Ultra High Net Worth clients in start-up companies both in the U.S. and Indian TMT sectors. Having successfully raised several rounds of venture capital funding for various companies, Rohit has also been involved in the structuring of their investments. Prior to Deutsche Bank, he worked for eight years with Bank of America, five of which were in Private Banking in New York and three in Corporate Banking in India. Rohit holds a B.Tech from IIT Delhi and an MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, India.

As Chief Operating Officer, Pavan is responsible for offshore delivery across all the business lines and geographies and will continue to spearhead Outsourcing operations. Bill Bloom leads all client-facing functions including sales and marketing, strategic account management, and Transformation services. Bill is also responsible for ensuring growth of company's overall business through organic means, creating a culture of business development and providing executive leadership for EXL's corporate strategy. Before joining EXL, Bill held the title of Executive Vice President, Insurance Operations and Information Technology of Travelers, responsible for policyholder and agency services as well as technology across the enterprise. In 2006, he was given the additional responsibility of Insurance Operations which includes the policyholder and agency service centers, underwriting support and policy processing, agency operations, and billing. Bill joined Travelers from Accenture, where he was a Partner in their Financial Services Practice, focusing on large insurance clients. He has also served as a Vice President at Hartford Life responsible first for Business Technology Services and then for the National Accounts business in the Employee Benefits Division. Bill holds a bachelor's degree in computer science from the State University of New York at Albany.

Vikas Bhalla has served as Vice President, Operations of EXL India since June 2006. He previously served as Vice President, Migrations, Quality and Process Excellence of EXL India from April 2002 to June 2006 and as Director Quality Initiatives of EXL India from May 2001 to March 2002. From May 1998 to May 2001, Mr. Bhalla served in various capacities at General Electric, including as the Quality Leader and E-Business Leader for GE Plastics India.

As Global Head of Human Resources, Sanjay Gupta is responsible for developing and implementing EXL's human resources strategy to support the company's business objectives. Prior to assuming this role, Sanjay was the Senior Vice President and Head of Human Resources for the Outsourcing Business at EXL. Sanjay joined EXL in 2000 and since then, has held several senior leadership roles in human resources and client operations. Sanjay has 24 years of experience in the areas of operations management, finance, and human resource functions. Before EXL, Sanjay was with American Express at their Financial Center in India. He has also worked with India Today and Indian Oil Corporation in their accounting and corporate finance functions. Sanjay is a qualified Chartered Accountant.

As Vice President and Chief Sales & Marketing Officer, Krishna Nacha is responsible for sales and marketing efforts worldwide across the outsourcing and transformation business lines. Prior to joining EXL, Krishna was working with iGate Global Solutions since 2004 and was a member of the Executive Leadership Team. Before iGate, Krishna worked with Infosys for over four years in roles including Group Sales Manager - Insurance and Healthcare and Head of Sales for Canada. Krishna has a Masters in Business Administration from XLRI, India and an Engineering Degree in Electronics and Communication from National Institute of Technology, Karnataka.

Amit Shashank has served as General Counsel and Vice President since June 2004. Mr. Shashank also serves as Corporate Secretary of the Company. Prior to joining EXL Inc., Mr. Shashank was an attorney with the law firm of Shearman & Sterling LLP from January 1997 until June 2004.
