EXL recognized with Leader placement and Star Performer achievements for third straight year in Everest Group PEAK Matrix™ for Analytics BPS

For this analysis, Everest Group classified 20 analytics BPS service providers into Leaders, Major Contenders and Aspirants. Star Performer designations are based on the greatest positive relative year-on-year movement on the PEAK Matrix. The PEAK Matrix framework focuses on the market impact and overall capabilities of service providers. It also provides insights into key strengths and development areas for each service provider.
