Revenues for the quarter ended
June 30, 2015were $155.6 millioncompared to $119.7 millionfor the quarter ended June 30, 2014and $143.5 millionfor the quarter ended March 31, 2015. Revenues for the quarter ended June 30, 2014were reduced by $5.7 milliondue to the reimbursement of disentanglement costs. Operations Management revenues for the quarter ended June 30, 2015were $112.6 millioncompared to $94.3 millionfor the quarter ended June 30, 2014and $110.7 millionfor the quarter ended March 31, 2015. Analytics & Business Transformation revenues for the quarter ended June 30, 2015were $43.0 millioncompared to $25.4 millionfor the quarter ended June 30, 2014and $32.8 millionfor the quarter ended March 31, 2015.
Gross margin for the quarter ended
June 30, 2015was 35.4% compared to 32.1% for the quarter ended June 30, 2014and 35.1% for the quarter ended March 31, 2015. Operations Management gross margin for the quarter ended June 30, 2015was 36.5% compared to 33.7% for the quarter ended June 30, 2014and 36.3% for the quarter ended March 31, 2015. Analytics & Business Transformation gross margin for the quarter ended June 30, 2015was 32.7% compared to 26.2% for the quarter ended June 30, 2014and 31.0% for the quarter ended March 31, 2015.
Operating margin for the quarter ended
June 30, 2015was 9.8% compared to 5.1% for the quarter ended June 30, 2014and 9.4% for the quarter ended March 31, 2015.
Net income for the quarter ended
June 30, 2015was $12.1 millioncompared to $7.8 millionfor the quarter ended June 30, 2014and $9.6 millionfor the quarter ended March 31, 2015.
Adjusted operating margin for the quarter ended
June 30, 2015was 13.9% compared to 12.2% for the quarter ended June 30, 2014and 13.8% for the quarter ended March 31, 2015. Adjusted EBITDA for the quarter ended June 30, 2015was $26.9 millioncompared to $20.5 millionfor the quarter ended June 30, 2014and $24.8 millionfor the quarter ended March 31, 2015.
Diluted earnings per share for the quarter ended
June 30, 2015was $0.35compared to $0.23for the quarter ended June 30, 2014and $0.28for the quarter ended March 31, 2015. Adjusted diluted earnings per share for the quarter ended June 30, 2015was $0.48compared to $0.41for each of the quarters ended June 30, 2014and March 31, 2015.
