Biography

Ms. Mehta joined EXL’s board in July 2026. From 2021 until 2026, she served as Chair of KPMG UK. She has over 30 years’ experience at KPMG advising global businesses on strategy, M&A, restructuring, transformation and change to deliver sustainable growth. Ms. Mehta has held leadership positions in the UK, US, Canada and India member firms, including leading the Emerging Giants practice focused on fast growth technology businesses.

Ms. Mehta served as a member of the UK government’s AI Opportunity Forum in 2024 and has served on the board of the International Chambers of Commerce UK since 2024. She has been an Honorary Fellow in Entrepreneurship at the University of Cambridge’s Judge Business School since 2019 and an Honorary Visiting Professor at Bayes Business School since 2024. Ms. Mehta also served as Chair of the KPMG Foundation from 2022-2026. Ms. Mehta is based in London, United Kingdom.
